    Between the late 16th century and the 1960s, a grand estate in the small Umbrian town of San Martino in Campo near Perugia was inhabited by members of the noble Donini family. What began as two 17th-century villas of the summer residence of the Donini counts became at the turn of the 21st century the hotel Alla Posta dei Donini, boasting many authentically restored features from centuries past. One of these is a sitting room that was primarily used for concerts, decorated with frescoed walls and ceilings painted by artists from the school of noted 18th-century painter Francesco Appiani. Fittingly, it's in this magnificent setting that you'll enjoy a private classical music recital for Tauck guests only!
