The MS Inspire was a remarkable vessel. Accommodations were spacious, comfortable and luxurious. The entire staff from the captain, tour directors, wait staff to the cleaning crew were friendly, helpful and totally dedicated to making this journey special for us and all the passengers. Seeing a portion of Europe in this manner was simply magical!
Most Memorable Moment:
We had two favorite memorable moments. 1. The day we were cruising on the Rhine passing all the castles. If you just saw one of these castles, you would be mystified, but to see so many castles was incredible. 2. We loved walking the streets of some of the small towns. We felt absorbed in the culture as they were not the usual tourist stops.
We definitely felt we were on tour, with early morning departures and lots of bus rides. Our biggest complaint, though, was with our “loft” cabin, which is a great design in theory. However, we were awakened multiple times each night by the flushing of our neighbors’ vacuum toilets. (We even travel with a white noise machine.)
Most Memorable Moment:
Scenic cruising days and some of the smaller towns like Cochem and Boppard.
