From a "Foodie Tour" of Sydney to a green-lipped mussel cruise, jet boat, sky tram and helicopter rides, a day in the Outback and a special Maori cultural experience, this comprehensive trip "down under" – enhanced by exclusive charter flights in Australia and New Zealand – creates memories of a lifetime. Cruise New Zealand's Marlborough Sounds

Day 12

A luncheon cruise featuring wine and green-lipped mussels

From New Zealand's South Island – renowned for its incredible seafood and its wine-growing expertise – set off on a private luncheon cruise on Marlborough Sounds, featuring local wine and delectable green-lipped mussels; sail amidst forested landscapes rising steeply from the sea around a scenic coastline of sheltered inlets and sandy bays.

Tasting your way through Sydney

Day 8

A "Foodie Tour" sampling some of Sydney's coolest eats

A knowledgeable local guide leads the way on a "Taste of Sydney" foodie tour that celebrates the multicultural heritage of the city and its gastronomic legacy – including seafood at a fish market, beer tasting at a brewery, samplings of savories, sweets and more.

Silky Oaks Lodge

Nights 4, 5 and 6

In one of the world's oldest rainforests, a tropical paradise

Silky Oaks Lodge borders one of the oldest rainforests on Earth – Australia's World Heritage-listed Daintree National Park – and overlooks the beautiful Mossman River. It's the perfect spot for experiencing fine dining in an ancient rainforest... indulging in the award-winning Healing Waters Spa... going for lazy swims in the Billabong... or simply enjoying the stunning forest and river vistas from a hammock.

We have traveled the world extensively, but this was our first Tauck Tour. It won't be our last. The organization and value for what was included exceeded our expectations.

The cost is non-refundable and non-transferable and must be paid at the time of booking with your deposit. It only applies when you cancel your tour or cruise prior to final payment date. The deposit held in credit will exclude fees imposed by third parties in relation to air, rail travel, hotels, transfer or applicable cruise cabins. When booking airfares through Tauck (including when taking advantage of a special offer that includes air travel), standard airline cancellation fees will apply. In some cases, airfares will be non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, these fees will be deducted from the deposit paid, and therefore the credit being held. We will only credit the remainder of deposit to a future tour or cruise booking if you book within 24 months of cancellation of the original Tauck tour or cruise. This offer expires after the 24 months. We will only credit the remainder of the deposit to a future tour or cruise booking Balance Due and it can't be used as a credit for the initial deposit of a future tour or cruise booking. The Tauck "Deposit Protection Plan" only covers a Tauck tour or cruise and it does not replace Travel Insurance, which we recommend at the time of booking.
